The ideal candidate should be a degreed Engineer, Geologist/Hydrogeologist, or other technical discipline leader with experience implementing brownfield redevelopment strategies throughout the Midwest, completing/managing Environmental Site Assessments, environmental monitoring programs, and remediation projects. Environmental Scientist - Project Manager Level
We are currently seeking a Project Manager with 4-6 years experience for our Abingdon and Laurel, Maryland offices. Primary responsibilities will include management of complex Brownfield redevelopment projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, review of Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) reports, and staff development. Candidates should be prepared for professional growth into such areas as Phase II ESAs, regulatory interaction, vapor intrusion, site remediation, and project management.
