Senior Project Manager - Brownfields
Position is responsible for the management of the City's Brownfields Redevelopment Program. Establishes strong working relationships with neighborhood leaders and other City departments/agencies to facilitate communication and coordination in regards to brownfields redevelopment projects. The work performed in this position has a significant impact on public perception and understanding of programs and functions and the city's ability to respond to problems and issues of public concern. Geoenvironmental Project Manager, The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc
The ideal candidate should be a degreed Engineer, Geologist/​Hydrogeologist, or other technical discipline leader with experience implementing brownfield redevelopment strategies throughout the Midwest, completing/​managing Environmental Site Assessments, environmental monitoring programs, and remediation projects.​ Candidates with experience with risk assessment, and groundwater modeling are preferred.​ Position is in Ohio. Environmental Scientist - Project Manager Level
We are currently seeking a Project Manager with 4-6 years experience for our Abingdon and Laurel, Maryland offices. Primary responsibilities will include management of complex Brownfield redevelopment projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, review of Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) reports, and staff development. Candidates should be prepared for professional growth into such areas as Phase II ESAs, regulatory interaction, vapor intrusion, site remediation, and project management.
