About the Event

Join leaders in the region in brownfields redevelopment and sustainability in a day-long interactive workshop. Speakers from such organizations as U.S. EPA, Conn. DECD, N.J. DEP, NYC Sustainability Office, Roseland Properties, DuPont, and more will provide the latest take on such wide-ranging issues as "Redevelopment in a Down Market", "Brownfields and Sensitive Populations", "Property Disposition Strategies", "Green Development", "Smart Growth", and more. Bring your questions and issues and join the conversation.

Check-in and late registration begins at 7:45 a.m. and the program lasts until 4:00 p.m.

Join us for a guided tour of New York City’s first LEED-certified commercial office building, Seven World Trade Center, from 4:30-5:30. Space is limited – request a spot by emailing Crystal McKeown at crystalm@brownfieldassociation.org.

Gather at Ulysses, 58 Stone Street, NYC for drinks following the tour. Event registration does not cover the cost of drinks. A cash bar will be available.

Registration Policy

Registration Policy: Once your registration is processed a confirmation e-mail will be sent; if you have not received confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us to confirm your registration.  Call the NBA to obtain a receipt.  If you are paying by check, you must secure your registration with a credit card; NBA will contact you to obtain credit card information.  If payment has not been received the day of the event, your credit card will be charged.  Cancellations within 30 business days will be provided a full refund.  Cancellations within 15 business days will be provided 50% refund.  No refunds will be made within 14 days of the event.  All refunds must be requested in writing.  If you cannot attend, you may designate a substitute in writing; substitute will be responsible for any difference in fee.  Confirmed seating and handout materials are guaranteed for pre-paid registrants only; NBA will not be held liable for any costs incurred by person trying to register on site that are turned away.  In the event that a meeting is postponed or cancelled, NBA will not be held liable for any expenses including loss of time, airfare, hotel or other incurred costs associated with the meeting.
