Membership Committee
As a non-profit organization the NBA relies heavily on sponsor contributions and member dues to fund operations. NBA headquarters provides technical and administrative staff and handles accounting for each chapter. The focus of this subcommittee is to grow the chapter by increasing membership through attracting a balance of professional members from the four major market sectors (property owners, developers, service professionals and representatives from state and local government). The subcommittee also looks to secure a diverse group of public and private sector chapter sponsors that could provide financial contributions to help fund chapter operations.
