Speakers from such organizations as U.S. EPA, Conn. DECD, N.J. DEP, NYC Sustainability Office, Roseland Properties, DuPont, and more provided the latest take on such wide-ranging issues as "Redevelopment in a Down Market", "Brownfields and Sensitive Populations", "Property Disposition Strategies", "Green Development", "Smart Growth", and more. Despite the bad weather, over 150 attendees came to New York City to participate in the excellent sessions and network with colleagues.
